How to connect Bouncer with User.com?

Step 1

In your User.com account, go to Settings → API Keys and generate a new API key.

Step 2

In Bouncer, navigate to Integrations → User.com. Enter your API key and the subdomain of your User.com application.

Step 3

Click Save API Key, and you’re ready to go! Once connected, you’ll see your lists and segments in Bouncer – first lists (alphabetically), then segments.

How to use AutoClean for User.com?

Build User.com automation

Use the Bouncer Recommends field in your User account to trigger workflows. For example:

“If status is suppress, remove from the segment.”

You can also view our recommendations on a contact card by enabling the custom property: “bouncer_recommends”.

Terminology

Deliverable
The recipient’s email provider has confirmed that the email address exists, it is safe to send.
Risky
The email address may result in a bounce or low engagement. Risky addresses: Accept All, Full Mailbox, or Disposable.
Undeliverable
The address is either syntactically incorrect or does not exist.
Unknown
We were unable to receive a response from the email provider. The credits for such verification will not be deducted from your balance. We never charge you for the email addresses with this status.
