Scheduling Emails in Gmail

Sending emails in Gmail is a straightforward process and with the help of a few clicks, you can easily schedule emails to be sent in the future. To set up a scheduled email in Gmail, log in to your Gmail account and compose a new email. Once you are done writing the content of the email, click on the arrow next to the “Send” button and select “Schedule Send” from the drop-down list.

Selecting a Date and Time for Your Scheduled Email

A pop-up window will appear with the option to select a date and time for your scheduled email. You can select the day, time, and time zone for your email to be sent. The time zone will be automatically set to your current location. Once you have set the date and time for your email to be sent, click “Schedule Send”.

Managing Your Scheduled Emails

To view and manage your scheduled emails, click on the arrow next to “Compose” in your Gmail window and select “Scheduled”. This will open the “Scheduled” folder in your Gmail account. Here you can view all the emails that have been scheduled to be sent in the future. You can also edit, reschedule, or delete any of your scheduled emails from this folder.
